It’s crazy to think that summer is now officially over. From exploring the city, traveling to Miami, and taking weekend trips with friends, it was definitely one to remember. Luckily, I have a lot to look forward to this fall, with a big trip coming up this week!
This dress was such a great summer find – it’s perfect for weekend brunches, which are basically a must in NYC, date nights, or a night out with friends. The long sleeves also make it a great transitional piece for this in-between weather, and the color just happens to pair perfectly with my favorite clutch, which I purchased at the Artist’s Flea in Chelsea Market. The best thing about it is that each one is unique, so no two are exactly alike.
I completed the look with the best accessory – my nameplate necklace. A friend of mine had customized her own online, and I just had to have one for myself. It’s an easy everyday piece that looks great with just about anything.
