I can’t tell you how long I searched for a pair of culottes. Although they’re in just about every store right now, finding the right ones had proven very difficult, and I had just about given up when I found this AMAZING pair at Zara. When I tell you they fit like a glove, I am not exaggerating! They were so perfect that I of course had to buy them in navy and black – that’s when you know.
But enough about the culottes, and more about how I styled them. Since the pants are such a flattering cut, I felt that they created enough of a statement on their own so I knew that I wanted to keep the top plain, rather than printed. I chose this boxy white crop top that I got a few seasons back, and it ended up being the perfect option.
As for the shoes, these were a great Old Navy find and a pair that I recommend picking up if you find yourself there! They’re super chic and look great with just about anything. I loved the way the cognac color paired with the navy pants and white top for a more neutral color palette.
I rounded out the look with my favorite pair of sunnies, which is when I noticed that the full look had a Parisian flare to it, and who doesn’t like feeling Parisian for a day?
