Can you believe that it’s already August? While I’m looking forward to fall trends – velvet, bomber jackets and mom jeans galore, I’m still not ready to let go of summer style. So, while I’m slowly but surely working on transitioning my style to have a more fall feel, I’m still keeping those lace-up sandals and OTS tops around as long as possible. Ya feel me?
This look is by far one of my favorites of the summer; it’s casual but still feels very office appropriate (depending on your office dress code, of course). I love the way the OTS white top perfectly complements the high waisted black culottes and how the black lace-up shoes really help to pull all of the elements of the outfit together, while adding a bit of an edge to the look.
Now, for those culottes. As you know, these Zara culottes have become a major staple item in my wardrobe and if you’re looking for a pair of culottes for yourself, these fit like a dream and will seamlessly work with your fall wardrobe.
