Dress: MakeMeChic, Heels: Joe’s Jeans, Sunnies: Illesteva
A lot of people think that once September hits, it’s time to put away your skirts, dresses and crop tops and trade them in for warmer pieces like sweaters, jeans and oversizes scarves. Luckily, I am not one of those people. For me, Labor Day is just another day, not an indication of the end of summer, aka I am all for wearing white throughout the winter months (within reason, of course).
Given my take on dressing for the changing of seasons, you can imagine that this black embroidered dress is one that I’ll be keeping around well into the next few months. The colors on the dress make for an easy transition between seasons and the long sleeves allow me to wear it even as the weather begins to cool down .
If you’ve taken anything from this post, I hope it’s that you should never limit your clothing to just one season because sometimes it’s fun to mix it up a bit.
